Edmer did an excellent job explaining the entire process, including what was being changed with my air conditioning system, why a full system replacement was necessary, and what may have caused the old unit to fail. He made sure I understood everything and answered my questions thoroughly. The new unit is installed and running great. Edmer was very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional throughout the service. HVAC is fortunate to have such a great employee on their team. HVAC is awesome! I came home from work today and found out that my A/C was not working, so I reached out to HVAC Experts. Even though it was after hours, they were able to get a technician out to my house quickly.

Zeke showed up, took a look at everything, and did everything he could to get the unit back up and running. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything so I fully understood what was going on. Unfortunately, the unit was simply too old and not worth putting more money into.

I asked if someone could come by Thursday to give me an estimate for a new unit, but they went above and beyond. Zeke called Seth Goins, one of their salesmen, and Seth showed up in about 10 minutes. We talked through what I wanted in a new system and the problems I had been having with my old one. Seth was just as professional and friendly as Zeke, and he explained all of my options clearly. He gave me three different options, walked me through each one, and helped me get financing approved right on the spot. I made my decision, and now I’m already scheduled for installation this Saturday.

Both Zeke and Seth are some of the most professional people I have ever worked with in the home repair industry. The level of customer service, communication, and urgency they showed was outstanding. I highly recommend HVAC Experts to anyone needing service or a new system installed.
