We had some issues that needed to be addressed so I did my research online and seen Hvac Experts' good reviews so that's who I called. Jailey is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. She made sure we were going to get taken care of.You always hope you hire a company that does not belittle you and this company most certainly does not. They are easy to work with and they get their work done. Manuel came out with his crew and they were very good, they left everything so clean after all that work. Corey is also very knowledgeable, came in and took care of business in no time, all in all this company makes sure to leave a customer satisfied. I am grateful to them for helping resolve the big issue we had. They are a 10 out of 10 for sure. Definitely recommend!!

Seth was great to work with! His explanations of all of our options was greatly appreciated! There was no rush and no pressure when making our final decision. They were prompt in getting someone over to check things out and had what we needed in stock. In less than 24 hours we have a new, professionally installed unit! Edmer, just like Seth, was great to work with. He answered every question and was very knowledgeable about his work! He and his co-worker were detailed with every step and left the space all cleaned up. One would never know that they had sweat through a HOT 99+ degree day installing a full HVAC unit. I appreciate the prompt and professional work of HVAC Experts from start to finish.

I can’t say enough good things about Corey at HVAC Experts! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of correctly. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It’s hard to find someone who provides this level of service these days. Corey is truly an asset to HVAC Experts, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work. Thank you, Corey, for being so amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience with The HVAC Experts and would highly recommend them. I called on a Saturday about an issue with my system, and they responded the same day. They diagnosed that the blower motor was out and explained that the unit was nearly 25 years old and past its expected lifespan. They walked me through the options of repairing it or replacing it with a new system. I decided to go with a full replacement. Sales rep Chase Atwood was extremely helpful throughout the process and even assisted me with financing. Just three days later, their team arrived first thing in the morning to install the new system. Any questions or concerns I had were answered within about 10 minutes of reaching out. Technician Manuel did excellent work, and I’m very pleased with the quality of the installation. I would recommend The HVAC Experts 100 times over to anyone who needs help with their HVAC system

Kevin was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived right on time and got done in a timely manner. Check both systems even only one wasn’t working. Explained everything so I understood and could relay the information. They needed to order a part but have someone going to get now, super helpful . Would highly recommend and will use again
